Conditions & informations

Rates
The 15% meal gratuity is broken down as 12% gratuity and 3% administration fee. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Accommodation tax
Since July 1st, 2005, a $2 tax per night applies. This tax applies before GST and QST.

Single occupancy
An additional fee of $50 plus taxes per night applies.

Domestic pets
An additional fee of $25 plus taxes per stay applies.

Arrival time
The room is available from 3pm for regular customer and from 4pm for group.

Departure time
The room must be vacant at noon. $50 plus taxes will be charged for late checkout.

Dining room
For the courtesy of all our guests, a semi-formal wear is mandatory for dinner.
The bars and public areas are non-smoking.

Deposit
A deposit of $50 per person per night is required upon reservation.
Cancellation policy

14 days before the arrival date: the deposit is fully refunded, minus a $25 administration fee.
13 days and less before the arrival date: the total deposit amount will be retained.

Package rate
No credit will be given on non-consumed meals and/or services included in the packages.

Children rates
0-12 years: free
13-17 years: $25 plus taxes per child per day
*Applies only if sharing a room with parents.
Meals extra (à la carte or kid’s menu)

Spa
Service selection is subject to availability.
Reservations are required 24h in advance for all services.
